BREAKFAST:1/4 cup scrammbled eggs, bacon, ice cold hot lemon tea with artificial sweetener
LUNCH: 2 lean hamburger patties diet pop
DINNER: cut broccoli with cheese and Ricotta, lean porkchop slice
DESSERT:none today
